Reservation Deposit Required - Within 14 days of reservation request with confirmation sent after receipt of deposit
Cancellation Policy - Campsites
More than 7 days prior to arrival refund of deposit less 10% service fee OR
apply full deposit to future reservation within one year.
Less than 7 days prior to arrival NO refund of deposit OR
apply deposit to future reservation within one year.
No refunds for early departures
Holiday and special weekends have minimum stay charges and must be paid 7 days in advance of arrival.
Cancellation Policy for Rentals ONLY
Rental fees are payable in full 7 days prior to arrival.
Cancel with 14 days notice - Refund of deposit less 10% service fee
Cancel with 7 days notice - Refund of deposit less 25% service fee
Cancel with less than 7 days notice - One night rental fee is charged
No refunds for early departures
Check in time is 3:00 PM and check out time is 1:00 PM. Early check-in and late check outs will be charged $2.00 per hour.
NO CHECK-INS AFTER 10:00 PM
There is ONLY 1 vehicle allowed in each campsite. Other vehicles including utility trailers are to be parked in the visitor parking area near the gate.
Speed limit is posted in the park. THE LIMIT IS 5 MILES PER HOUR.
QUIET TIME - 11:00 PM - 8:00 AM. All children must be in their sites by 11:00 PM.
Bicycles - NY State & Meadow-Vale require all children through age 14 to wear helmets. NO bicycle riding is permitted after dark. No bicycle riding is permitted on the fitness trail or in the pavilion.
Guests - $5.00 per person per day. Visitor's must leave by 11:00 PM. Overnight guests are charged $3.00 per person. ALL guests must register at the office and park their cars in the designated area near the gate.
Pets are welcome, if quiet, leashed and not left unattended at camp. Please clean up after your pet and deposit in trash.
Use of chain saws, firearms and fireworks are strictly forbidden.
Cutting trees or de-facing campground equipment is strictly forbidden.
Swimming Pool regulations are posted at the pool. Parents are responsible for the behavior of their children in the pool and campground.
No motorcycles, mopeds, motor scooters are allowed.
Pond is for fishing and boating only. No swimming is allowed. All persons in a
boat must have safety equipment on. Registered campers may bring their own NON-MOTORIZED boat for use on the pond. Safety equipment must be provided by camper
using his own boat.
Washing of any vehicle is prohibited.
